The door works when nobody’s behind it
Access driven by your membership records, on hardware you already own. Joins issue access. Cancellations revoke it. Nobody has to remember.
The problem
Two systems that don’t talk to each other isn’t access control — it’s a manual process with extra steps. Somebody cancels, and their fob keeps working until a human remembers to go and switch it off.
Then there’s the hardware question nobody asks until it’s too late: if you leave this platform, do your locks still work?
Two levels
Access — QR check-in
A fullscreen kiosk at reception, members scan in, and you get a log of who came in and when. A manual code fallback for when a phone is flat. Best for staffed gyms that want attendance data.
Access Pro — real door control
Connects to smart locks, keypads and card readers to actually govern entry, so you can sell hours you aren’t staffing.
Driven by the membership, not by admin
The point of connecting the two is that nobody has to maintain them separately.
- Someone joins — access is issued
- Someone’s membership lapses or is cancelled — access is revoked
- Someone pauses — access pauses with them
You can see per-member access status, override it when you need to, and resync everything in bulk if something drifts.
Works with hardware you already own
Access Pro connects to standard smart locks, keypads and card readers. We don’t sell you proprietary hardware and we don’t need you to rip anything out.
If you ever leave us, your locks keep working. That’s not a small thing — some gym platforms sell readers that only work with them, which turns a software decision into a hardware one and makes leaving expensive by design.
Compatibility depends on your specific hardware — tell us what’s on your doors and we’ll confirm before you commit to anything.
The log
Every entry, with the time and the method. A daily count on your dashboard. Useful for security, useful for insurance, and genuinely useful for working out when your gym is actually busy.
What it costs
Access — $39/month. QR check-in, kiosk mode, access log.
Access Pro — $129/month including one door, then $109 per additional door.
Why per door: because that’s how the hardware layer charges us. We pass it through at cost rather than marking it up.
FAQ
Not necessarily. QR check-in gives you attendance data without door hardware.
That depends on your locks — some fail open, some fail closed. Tell us what you have and we’ll tell you exactly what happens.
Yes. It's the main reason small operators can compete on opening hours.
Ask us before you buy anything. We’ll tell you straight.
