Nobody has to remember

The membership is the credential
Someone joins and access is issued. Their membership lapses or is cancelled and it’s revoked. Someone pauses and access pauses with them.
Static or rotating QR — your call
By default your member’s key rotates every few seconds for security. Switch to static when you need to print it on a physical card — your scanner reads both.
Override it when you need to
Per-member access status is visible in one table, and you can change any of it by hand when the rule and the situation disagree.
Resync in bulk if something drifts

Bring your existing keys across
