Everyone’s building AI for the front desk. We built it for both sides.
Ask any gym platform about AI and you’ll get an assistant for the owner. Useful. Also only half the building.
For you
Ask your gym a question, from any screen, and get an answer.
- “Who hasn’t been in for two weeks?” — a list, not a spreadsheet.
- “How did Tuesday’s classes go?” — attendance, no-shows, capacity.
- “Book Sarah into Thursday at six.” — done.
- “What’s our collection rate this month?” — and more.
Members, classes, bookings, billing, coaching plans, messaging. Plain English, no menu-hunting.
For your members
The same character, doing a different job. They log meals by talking, ask for plans, track progress and book classes — the way they’d text a friend who happens to be a coach.
Nobody else in this market has this. Competitors’ AI stops at the front desk.
Built so it can’t make things up
The obvious worry about AI and numbers is that it invents them. Ours structurally can’t.
When a member logs food, PATO does one job: recognise what it is. Every nutrient value comes from a catalogue of 11K+ verified foods, and the arithmetic happens on a server. It never produces a calorie or a macro itself.
Underneath that: every entry is read back and confirmed, totals are worked out by the system rather than the AI, duplicates are blocked, and impossible numbers are rejected before they’re saved.
What it won’t do
It won’t tell a member whether to train on a sore shoulder. Injuries, pain and medical questions go to you — by design.
Your coaches didn’t open a gym to do data entry. PATO takes the admin and hands back the hours. It doesn’t take the coaching.
FAQ
It works within your gym only. Members see their own; staff see what their role permits.
No. Both sides, every plan.
Yes — member plan generation is a switch you control.
No. Each gym's data is walled off from every other gym's.
