There is no checkout for points. A member opens their rewards list, sees what their balance and their level unlock right now, and redeems — that’s the whole transaction.

Gated by level as well as points

You set both per item — a shake might be Level 1, a piece of gear Level 8. Reaching the level is as much a part of earning it as the points are.

No. There is no checkout. Points unlock items in two in-app lists: your own catalogue, and PATO’s. Members redeem, then collect — at your counter for your items, by post for ours.

You decide what you list, what it costs in points, and what level unlocks it. Plenty of gyms redeem against a shake or a guest pass rather than merch — or list nothing and let members redeem only from PATO’s catalogue.

It replaces PATO’s streaks, badges, levels and challenges with rules you define from scratch. It is a swap, not an extra layer — the two systems do not run side by side.
